# Project Reporting
Project reporting is an activity carried out by the Project Manager (PM) to document and summarise the status of various dimensions of project progress and to communicate this to relevant stakeholders.
Project reports typically provide information on scope, schedule, cost and quality, as well as relevant information on risks, issues, project changes and contract management issues.
